At TAO Clean, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare tools; if you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 45-day return window for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and shipping zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

  Pack Your Device

  Securely place your TAO Clean device and all original accessories into the original packaging to ensure it arrives back to us safely.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
